What this covers This policy covers the mobile number and consent information we collect for the "crewline account and service updates" text program described in the crewline SMS Terms. Everything else is covered by the crewline Privacy Policy. 2. What we collect Your mobile number; whether you have agreed to or opted out of texts; the time our server recorded each choice; the version of the agreement shown; your crewline account; and the workspace and role you signed up from. 3. How we use it Only to send the operational messages you agreed to (account actions, planned maintenance and service-disruption updates), to honour STOP and HELP, and to keep a record showing when and how you agreed or opted out. 4. Service providers To deliver messages, we share your number and message content with the messaging service provider that transmits texts for us and with mobile carriers, only as needed to deliver them. They may not use it for any other purpose. 5. No selling or marketing sharing We do not sell mobile numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. 6. Keeping records We keep your current preference and the history of your agreements and opt-outs for as long as your account exists and as long afterwards as needed to show consent and comply with the law. Changing your number does not erase earlier records. 7. Your choices Reply STOP, or turn texts off at any time while signed in at crewlineops.com/sms-preferences.
