Owners only

Nobody on your crew can tell you if you're charging enough.

A private room for the owners running these businesses β€” where you can ask the question you can't ask your clients, your crew, or a Facebook group full of people trying to sell you something.

Everyone in here owns their field-service business.

Membership comes with an active crewline account β€” so every person you're talking to is a real owner, running real jobs. No vendors, no coaches, no lead-gen, nobody in your inbox tomorrow.

Sound familiar?

You've got employees, clients, and a spouse. What you don't have is a peer.

Every owner we've talked to has hit at least three of these in the last month.

I have no idea if my commercial rate is high or low. I've been guessing off the same number for four years.
A client asked for their carpets done. I don't own a truck-mount, so I turned down the work.
I lost a bid and I still don't know whether it was the price or the proposal.
I asked one question in a cleaning group and got eleven DMs selling me leads.
My best supervisor gave notice and I had nobody to call who'd been through it.

Share what you're comfortable sharing.

Nobody's required to open their books. Plenty of members read more than they post β€” and still learn plenty from the ones who are happy to talk numbers.

What's inside

Three things you can't get anywhere else.

Not a course. Not a coaching program. Owners talking to owners.

Learn what's actually working

Real numbers from people running businesses your size β€” pricing, margins, what they pay, what they charge, what they stopped doing.

For exampleβ€œWhat are you charging per square foot on a 40,000 sq ft office, three nights a week?”

Share the stuff you had to build yourself

Bid templates, site checklists, onboarding packets, the walkthrough questions that stop you getting burned. Take them, use them, bring yours.

For examplea post-construction scope checklist you can import straight into crewline.

Stop turning work away

Your client wants carpets, or windows, or a strip-and-wax, and you don't own the machine. Find an owner near you who does β€” instead of losing the job.

For exampleβ€œAnyone within 40 miles of Grand Junction with a truck-mount? One-off, this month.”

Your profile

Everyone says what they do and where they do it.

That's what makes the referrals work. You can see who's near you, what they're equipped for, and whether they're actually open to taking on outside work β€” before you ask.

And one more thing

You get a say in what we build next.

Members see the roadmap before anyone else, and tell us what's missing. We're small enough that this isn't a suggestion box β€” it's how the list actually gets ordered.

  1. 1Quoting & a light CRM
  2. 2Special projects follow-up
  3. 3Multi-day jobs
  4. 4Automatic review requests
  5. Members give feedback on what gets built first

A small room stays useful. A crowded one doesn't.

This is for you if

  • You own a field-service business β€” cleaning, pool, landscaping, or adjacent
  • You're interested in growing your business
  • You have an active crewline account

This isn't

  • Vendors, software companies, or anyone selling to owners
  • Coaches, consultants, and lead-gen agencies
  • Recruiters β€” and don't poach another member's crew

Nobody is selling you anything in here. No vendors, no sponsors, no pitches. What gets shared here stays here.

Why we're building this

Megan's mom cleaned houses on her own. No crew, no office β€” and still every one of the same questions. Am I charging enough? Is this client worth what they're costing me? How do I take on more without drowning?

Ike's parents built a commercial cleaning company. His sister runs it today.

One solo, one multi-crew, a generation apart β€” and the same thing was true of both. They made real decisions about how to grow with almost nothing to go on. Not for lack of smarts. They were siloed. Every problem got worked out from scratch, alone, because there was nobody running a business like theirs who'd say what actually happened when they tried it.

That information exists. It's just locked inside other people's companies, and it is genuinely hard to get at.

So we're opening a room. It's small right now, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. If you're one of the first in, you'll have more say in what it becomes than anyone who shows up later.
